WOPR open house in CJ Sept. 6
The Bureau of Land Management will hold an open house regarding the Western Oregon Plan Revisions (WOPR) document Thursday, Sept. 6 in Downtown Cave Junction.
The drop-in open house will run from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Josephine County Bldg.
The WOPR preferred alternative would greatly increase timber harvests in S.W. Oregon.
BLM also will hold an open house Wednesday, Sept. 12 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Grants Pass Interagency Office, 2164 Spalding Road. A workshop will follow from 6 to 9 p.m.
